Diarmaid Mac Mathúna
Head of Client Services
Diarmaid leads our digital and video projects. Diarmaid's background is as an award-winning producer/director and he's also a Sunday Independent Top 30 Business Tweeter. He's big into science, is one of the few people who enjoys F1 and is also a proud dad.
Sarah Sheeran
Head of Digital
Sarah develops digital strategies for our clients and manages our video, social media and web projects. In a past life, she worked for the BBC and produced multi million hit viral videos for a top UK agency. She's currently taking time out from a hectic sideline as a canoe polo team captain to be a Mum and grow vegetables.
Nathaniel Navarro
Head of Design
Nathaniel leads our design and motion graphics team. With over a decade of experience at a senior level in digital media, his areas of expertise include all creative and technical aspects of motion graphics and digital media. When he's not plugged into his computer, Nat can be seen in full technical cycling gear speeding through Dublin's streets.
Liam Lavelle
Executive Producer
After 30 years with Agtel, Liam still gets a thrill out of engaging audiences with compelling stories. Whether that's the 500,000 weekly viewers of RTÉ's Ear to the Ground, that TV show's Facebook following, or targeted audiences for marketing and training projects. He is a board member of Screen Producers Ireland, President of the Guild of Agricultural Journalists of Ireland and an active basketball player.
Róisín Nic Dhomhnaill
Producer / Director
Róisín produces and directs many of our video and social media projects. The queen of organisation, her background includes projects for some of Ireland's leading brands as well as award winning television series for RTÉ and TV3. A gym lover and fashionista she also has a penchant for lovely stationery.
Bart Chowanski
Editor & Colourist
Bart is our lead video editor and colourist, bringing a passion for film and music to all his work. Never one to turn down a challenge, Bart has worked through the night to have edited videos live online for our clients within hours of an event. A trained chef, Bart often brings in spectacular Polish delicacies for lunch - but thankfully his pet spider hasn't visited yet.
Tom Griffin
Editor & Sound Recordist
A talented video editor, expert sound recordist and tech-savvy data wrangler, the question is not what Tom can do, but what he can’t. Tom is an integral part of our team here at Agtel, and is an expert in digital workflow management for large productions. He's also a renowned authority on South Park quotes.
Meabh Jones
Production Assistant
As production assistant, Meabh keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes - from sourcing outlandish props to finding the perfect filming location and managing our digital workflow. She loves trying out new restaurants, baking and skiing - and she's just taken up running for those days when it doesn't snow in Dublin.

Conor Moloney
Managing Director
Conor is our Managing Director. He was formerly Head of Television with Agtel's sister company Independent Pictures. Most of his 22 years in the industry have been spent telling stories to RTE, TG4 and BBC audiences, winning the odd award along the way. Recent Executive Producer credits include John Lonergan’s Circus, Tommy Bowe’s Bodycheck and the IFTA winning ICA Bootcamp. Conor also led the team behind the RTE television series Bernard Dunne's Bród Club. This programme broke new ground combining television, social media, digital experiences and traditional advertising in a combined campaign to promote the Irish language. Asked to say something personal and witty about himself to wrap up this biog, he said "no".
John Cummins
Chairman & Founder
John founded Agtel back in 1979 and his passion to innovate and drive creativity in video and television has never waned. Today, he is bringing communications skills honed over three decades to new digital platforms and inspiring our team to continue to deliver excellence for our valued clients in the ever changing digital world. As a pioneer in the creative industry in Ireland, John has served on the boards of IBEC, ICT Ireland and Screen Training Ireland. His other passions include Kilkenny hurling, boating on the Shannon and Leinster rugby.
Vernon Crowley
Head of Business Affairs
Vernon is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is Head of Business Affairs in Agtel. He has overseen the accounting and reporting of countless projects since joining us in 1997 as well as playing a key strategic role in the business. He has volunteered with a national charity for several years and is a keen swimmer and cyclist. He would attempt a Triathlon if only he could sort out the running bit.
